Day 1: Arrival in Shanghai

Welcome to the Magic City

  • Arrival: Upon arrival in Shanghai, our staff will greet you at the station or airport and assist with hotel check-in.

Day 2: Imperial History

Shanghai ➔ Nanjing ➔ Wuxi

  • Morning: Early departure for Nanjing (approx. 4.5 hours). Note: Breakfast will be packed due to early start.

  • Old Nanjing: Visit Laomendong Historic District (1 Hour), a revitalized area along the city wall that captures the life of old Jinling.

  • The Mausoleum: Visit the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum (1.5–2 Hours), the majestic resting place of the father of modern China. Note: Closed Mondays. Requires advance booking; if unavailable, replaced with Yuhuatai Scenic Area.

  • Evening: Stroll through the Confucius Temple (Fuzimiao) Area along the Qinhuai River to admire the lights and historic architecture.

Day 3: Lakes, Gardens & Water Towns

  • Afternoon: Drive to Suzhou (1.5 Hours). Explore the Lingering Garden (1 Hour), a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its exquisite rockeries and spatial design.
